Accessing Your Transaction History
On ketupattoto, your transaction history sits inside your account dashboard. Log in on your phone or browser, then open your profile menu. Look for "Transaction History" or "Account Activity"—the exact label depends on your device, but the section sits near "Deposits", "Withdrawals", and "Account Settings".
On Android, open the ketupattoto app, tap the account icon at the bottom, then scroll to "Transaction History". On iOS, use the browser and bookmark the transaction page so you can find it in one tap. The page loads quickly even on slower networks—all transactions display in chronological order, newest first.
Understanding Deposit Records
When you transfer money into ketupattoto, the transaction history shows the amount, the payment method, the date and time, and the status: "Pending", "Success", or "Failed".
A pending deposit usually clears within minutes. If you sent our welcome offer via QRIS at 14:23, the record will show "Pending (14:23)" until the bank confirms it—typically by 14:30. Once confirmed, the status flips to "Success" and your balance updates.
Some transactions take longer. Bank transfers via e-wallet or mobile banking, especially during Idul Adha or after 21:00, may sit in pending for 1–4 hours while the inter-bank network processes them. The transaction record shows the exact timestamp you initiated it, so you can tell how long it has been waiting.
Understanding Withdrawal Records
Withdrawals follow a similar pattern. When you request a payout, the transaction history logs it as "Processing", "Confirmed", or "Completed". A withdrawal to online payment or e-wallet usually moves to "Completed" within subject to verification. Bank transfers to mobile banking or local payment accounts take 2–8 hours, depending on the bank's batch schedule.
Before any withdrawal leaves your account, ketupattoto reviews it to confirm your identity matches your account details. This review is a core security step—it prevents unauthorised transfers if someone gains access to your password. The transaction record notes the review stage, so you can see where your payout is in the pipeline.

KYC Verification and Transaction Safety
Deposits on ketupattoto require a verified account. When you first join, we ask for your name, date of birth, and ID number. This Know Your Customer (KYC) step links your real identity to your account—it is a legal requirement in Indonesia and a security measure that protects you.
Your transaction history only shows deposits and withdrawals for an account with passed KYC. If verification is pending, deposits may be blocked or held. The transaction log explains the block, so you know what step to complete next. Once verified, all records—past and future—appear clearly in your history.
A full transaction history is one sign your account and money are secure. It means every move you made is logged, timestamped, and recoverable if a dispute arises.
Filtering and Exporting Your Records
Your transaction page lets you narrow the list by payment method, date range, or status. Select "mobile banking" to see only local payment deposits; choose "January 2025" to isolate transactions from that month; or filter by "Pending" to spot any transfers still in progress.
Many players use filters to prepare for account reviews or to verify a specific payment during periods like Idul Fitri or Nyepi when payment delays are common. The filtered view is real-time—it reflects your account state right now.
- Pending status
- Deposit or withdrawal is in transit; money has left your source but not yet arrived in ketupattoto or your external account.
- Success / Completed
- Transaction is final. Money is in your ketupattoto balance (deposits) or has left our system (withdrawals).
- Failed
- Transaction did not go through; money was returned to your source payment method. Check your bank or e-wallet app to confirm the refund.
- Review
- Withdrawal is undergoing identity verification before it moves out of our system.
Spotting Unauthorised Activity
Your transaction history is your best defense against account misuse. Check it regularly—at least once a week if you play often, or after each deposit or withdrawal.
If you see a transaction you did not make, contact ketupattoto support immediately. Include the transaction ID (shown in every record), the amount, the date, and the payment method. Our team will review the entry and can reverse unauthorised transfers or refund failed deposits.
Keep your login password and two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. A strong 2FA means someone cannot access your account even if they know your password. Your transaction history cannot lie—if a deposit or withdrawal appears, you can verify whether it came from you or find proof it did not.
